Vacation & Timeshare Plans; provides for governance of timeshare cooperative; defines term "timeshare estate" for purposes of Cooperative Act; provides for joint & several liability for payments of assessments & charges re timeshare unit; provides for assessing timeshare estates for purposes of ad valorem taxes & special assessments; revises provisions re scope of Fla. Vacation Plan & Timesharing Act, etc. Amends Chs. 719, 721, 718.103.
