Juvenile Offenders; (THIS BILL COMBINES H911,487) revises requirements for placement of child in staff-secure shelter; extends court jurisdiction over certain children for certain purposes & over juveniles released from commitment program prior to age 21; authorizes detention of child for failure to appear at certain court hearings; requires law enforcement agencies to act upon subpoenas & serve process within certain time, etc. Amends 784.075, 984.225, Ch. 985.
