GENERAL BILL by Crist
Corrections; revises provisions re leased or managed work programs to conform to current operations & applications; conforms internal cross-references; deletes obsolete provisions; amends provision to conform cross-reference; provides declaration of important state interest; establishes participation requirements; revises amount of surcharge paid to DOC by offenders placed on community control, etc. Amends Ch. 946, 948.09, 957.04.
