GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Holzendorf
Workforce Development; specifies additional member of board of directors of Workforce Florida, Inc.; requires certain funds to be expended for after-school care programs; prohibits certain uses of such funds; prescribes eligibility criteria for certain organizations providing such programs; creates Digital Divide Council in State Technology Office; authorizes design & implementation of certain programs, etc. Amends 445.004,.007.
