Nursing Homes & Related Facilities; requires plan for quality assurance & risk management as condition for licensure; provides additional grounds for certain actions by AHCA against nursing home; requires each nursing home to maintain quality assessment & assurance committee; requires, rather than authorizing, license suspension or revocation, or moratorium on admissions, under certain conditions, etc. Amends Chs. 400, 408, 458, 459. APPROPRIATION: $100,000,000.
