Criminal Use of Personal Information; provides that willful & fraudulent use of personal identification information of another individual is felony of second degree if value of pecuniary benefit services received, payment sought to be avoided, or injury or fraud perpetrated is of specified amount or more; provides for reclassification of certain offenses involving criminal use of said information if offense was facilitated by use of public record, etc. Amends 817.568, 921.0022.
