GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Carlton

District School Tax; allows certain school districts to levy, by referendum, additional district school taxes; provides limitations on uses of resulting revenues; provides for millage elections pursuant to certain provision; revises procedures for conducting school district millage elections. Amends 236.25,.31,.32.
