DBPR/Regulation & Duties; renames Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Division as Condominiums, Timeshare, & Mobile Homes Division; authorizes direct supervision by building code administrators by telecommunications devices in certain localities & under specified circumstances; creates Board of Barbering & Cosmetology; provides for injunctive relief for certain violations re architecture & interior design, etc. Amends FS.
