Criminal Justice Standards Comm.; revises powers & duties of Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission re certification of training schools & instructors; allows employee physicals to be performed by physician assistants; limits circumstances under which officers may be registered & hold concurrent certification; requires commission to establish specialized training program, etc. Amends Ch. 943, 316.640.
