GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Insurance Rate Filings; deletes provisions authorizing certain associations to require rate arbitration of rate filings; repeals specified provision re insurer's alternative under rate standards to require arbitration of rate filings. Amends 627.351; repeals 627.062(6).
