Enterprise Zones; provides for change in boundaries of enterprise zone; provides limitations; provides for designation of specified area within Hillsborough County as enterprise zone; authorizes Office of Tourism, Trade & Economic Development to designate enterprise zone in Hernando Co.; provides requirements with respect thereto. Amends 290.0065; creates 290.00695.
