GENERAL BILL by Garcia

Capitol Police/FDLE; creates Division of Capitol Police within FDLE; provides for investigations by said division; provides for persons arrested by officer of said division to be delivered to sheriff; authorizes FDLE to contract with private security agencies to maintain security of public premises; provides for enforcement of parking regulations of DMS by said division; provides for procurement of equipment by said division, etc. Amends Chs. 20, 281, 943.
