GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Economic Development; provides for levy of infrastructure sales surtax & school capital outlay surtax by two-thirds vote & requires certain educational facility planning prior to levy of school capital outlay surtax; provides for additional uses of moneys in Rural Infrastructure Fund; revises terminology re certain incentive payment schedules; creates Joint Legislative Committee on Tax Exemptions, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
