Public Records/Business Information; creates public-records exemption for specified business information received under capital-investment tax-credit program, qualified-defense-contractors tax-refund program, qualified target industry tax-refund program; high impact sector performance program, & quick-action closing fund program; specifies that exemption does not preclude publication of aggregate data or release of names of qualifying businesses & refund amounts, etc. Amends FS.
