GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Judiciary ; Children and Families ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Burt
Family Court Reform; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1226,CS/S734) creates Commission on Family Law & Children to develop family code; provides for membership & staffing commission & for repeal of commission; revises timeframe for completing parenting course; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to allow agencies employing law officers to authorize volunteer service as means of fulfilling requirements for continuing education, etc. Amends FS.
