GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Banking and Insurance ; Posey

Insurance Company Representatives; requires insurance agents to comply with certain consumer protection laws; requires dept. to accept uniform application for nonresident agent licensing; requires dept. to adopt rules establishing waiting periods for applicants for licensure under certain circumstances; provides requirements & procedures for certain agents licensed in other states to transfer licenses to this state under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
