HIV/Minority Coordinators/DOH; increases number of HIV & AIDS minority coordinators within DOH; requires dept. to expand its HIV/AIDS prevention efforts in Fla.'s minority communities & establish linkage programs for HIV-positive inmates prior to their release from jail; deletes obsolete language. Amends 381.0046. APPROPRIATION: $5,000,000.
