CS/SB 1534: Public Records/Medical Information
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Sebesta
Public Records/Medical Information; provides exemptions from public-records requirements for medical information re individual's health held by local governmental entities or their service providers for purposes of determining eligibility for paratransit services under Title II of ADA or Transportation Disadvantaged Program as provided in specified provision; provides for retroactive application of exemption; provides finding of public necessity, etc. Amends 119.07.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
