Taxation of Communications Services; provides for schedule of taxation of sales of certain satellite services & cable services; includes cable service within exemption from communications services tax imposed by certain provisions; revises distribution of tax on sale of cable services, to conform; revises distribution of tax on sale of direct-to-home satellite services, to conform; conforms references. Amends 202.12,.125,.18,.19, 212.20.

Effective Date: 07/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
