GENERAL BILL by Education ; Villalobos
Educational Facilities; revises functions of DOE; revises provisions governing compliance of facilities with building codes & life safety codes; revises Effort Index Grant Program; requires certain information concerning all educational facilities to be coordinated with local governments; provides for use of educational facilities as emergency shelters; eliminates references to Board of Regents, etc. Amends Ch. 235.
