Public Records/Complaint Center; exempts from public-records requirements complaints filed with Statewide Complaint Receipt & Referral Center; provides guidelines for use of such information; exempts from public-records requirements name of any student who reports presence of illegal drugs, weapons, or firearms on or off any school campus or who reports impending or suspected activities that may result in injury to any person on or off any school campus, etc.
