Enterprise Zones; revises criteria for Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to amend boundaries of certain enterprise zones; authorizes Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to designate enterprise zone in Brevard Co.; authorizes City of Pensacola to apply to Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Dev. to designate enterprise zone in said city, etc. Amends 290.00675; creates 290.00686.
