GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Cantens ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kallinger

Child Custody Jurisdiction; provides for posting of bond re certain orders of child custody or visitation; creates "Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction & Enforcement Act"; provides application to Indian tribes; provides international application of act; provides for initial child custody jurisdiction; provides for recognition of enforcement orders of court of another state, etc. Amends Ch. 61, 39.502, 741.30; reenacts 44.102.
