GENERAL BILL by Benson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bean
Prosecuting Crime/Time Limitations; provides that certain time limitations for prosecuting crime do not apply if alleged perpetrator is identified by analysis of DNA evidence collected at crime scene. Amends 775.15.
