Paternity Fraud; creates child support restitution enforcement program within DOR; provides criteria for enforcement of program by DOR; requires paternity testing under certain circumstances; provides definition; provides for identification of possible prospective paternity candidates; provides for child support obligations; provides for retroactive restitution. Creates 409.25576, 742.125.
