GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Banking and Insurance ; Clary

Workers' Compensation; requires Chief Financial Officer to contract with state attorneys of specified judicial circuits to prosecute criminal violation of Workers' Comp. Law & related crimes; revises exemption requirements & compensability eligibility standards; requires all employers engaged in work in Fla. to obtain Fla. policy; clarifies exclusiveness of liability re safety services, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $581,846.
