Timeshare Plans; revises language re legislative purpose under Fla. Vacation Plan & Timesharing Act; revises language re scope of act to include reference to personal property timeshare plans; revises language re contracts for purchase of timeshare interests to include provisions re personal property timeshare interests; revises language re public offering statements, etc. Amends Chs. 721, 718, 475.011.
