GENERAL BILL by Baxley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cantens

Physician Assistants; requires additional continuing medical education in clinical & legal aspects of prescribing controlled substances; removes controlled substances from formulary of medicinal drugs physician assistant may not prescribe; includes physician assistants in definition of "practitioner" under Drug Abuse & Prevention Control law, to authorize them to prescribe controlled substances. Amends 458.347, 459.022, 893.02.
