Rilya Wilson Act; provides legislative intent; requires CFS Dept. to notify certain education or child care programs of enrollment of certain children; requires children enrolled in early education or child care program to participate 5 days a week; provides attendance & reporting responsibilities of child's parent or guardian & of Family Safety Program Office of said dept.; requires report to law enforcement agencies if child is missing, etc. Amends 411.01.
