GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning

Revenue-Sharing Funds; authorizes counties & municipalities to use revenue-sharing moneys received in excess of certain guaranteed entitlements as pledge for local indebtedness for infrastructure; defines term "infrastructure" for purposes of act. Amends 218.25.
