GENERAL BILL by Hogan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clarke ; Galvano

Motor Vehicles; revises definition of "off-highway vehicle"; revises provisions for mailing citations for violating toll facility; revises provisions re unlawful speed; deletes provision prohibiting speeding in posted school zone; deletes provision for expedited service for duplicate certificate of title to off-highway vehicles & charge thereof; revises requirements for establishing specialty license plate, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 10/01/2003 except as otherwise provided
