GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Finance and Taxation ; Smith

Judicial System; modifies county revenue & expenditure reporting requirements; authorizes clerk to dispose of items of physical evidence in cases where no collateral attack is pending; establishes Clerk of Court Operations Conference; provides that counties may continue to fund legal aid programs as local requirement with funds approved by board of county commissioners; continues fee imposed on certain payments of alimony & child support, etc. Amends FS.
