Rural Economic Development; requires DOT, DEP, water management districts, Enterprise Fla., & Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office & other described agencies to cooperate to promote development in described small counties; requires DCA to coordinate planning activities of applicable parties under certain circumstances; provides legislative findings re highway interchanges; authorizes DOT to establish tourist-oriented directional sign program in FS.
