Criminal Justice Standards Comm.; authorizes Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to grant & revoke certification of agency in-service training instructors; adds time limitation for service in another jurisdiction to qualify for exemption from recruit training program; clarifies provisions re reemployment of certified officers & provisions re disciplining individuals employed under temporary employment authorization, etc. Amends 943.12,.13,.131,.1395,.17.
