GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Campbell
Tax/Gross Receipts/Utilities; provides for tax on utility services delivered to retail consumer in this state; provides for tax on gross receipts of distribution company providing delivery of electricity to retail consumer, based on index price; provides tax on gross receipts of distribution company providing transportation of natural gas or manufactured gas to retail consumer, based on index price; redefines term "utility service", etc. Amends 203.01,.012.
