GENERAL BILL by Procedures ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bense ; Hogan

Elections; provides for testing of automatic tabulating equipment prior to commencement of early voting; eliminates witness on absentee ballots; revises provisions re voting absentee ballot in person to provide for early voting; requires Dept. of State to establish by rule minimum standards for poll workers; requires supervisors of elections to work to recruit high school & college students as poll workers, etc. Amends FS.
