GENERAL BILL by The Future of Florida's Families ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino

Children & Family Services Dept.; provides access to reports & records in cases of child abuse or neglect to additional persons; removes TCC as sole contract provider for child welfare training academies; eliminates timetable for total privatization of foster care & related services; authorizes CFS Dept. to administer refugee assistance program; provides for filing of police reports for missing children in county or municipality where child was last seen, etc. Amends FS.
