Financial Services; revises provisions re mortgage brokerage & mortgage lending; provides requirements for changes in certain ownerships or controlling interests; clarifies types of financial institutions eligible for exemptions from application of certain provisions; authorizes Financial Services Comm. to require information from applicants for licensure; provides for electronic filing of certain license renewal forms, etc. Amends FS.
