Health; renames certain divisions within Health Dept.; authorizes state agencies to establish employee health & wellness programs; provides legislative intent re comprehensive statewide injury prevention & control program; provides for discipline for prescribing, administering, dispensing, or distributing certain medications without valid professional relationship; increases threshold amount of claims against various physicians, etc. Amends FS.
