SB 2286: Transportation Funding
GENERAL BILL by Geller
Transportation Funding; eliminates deduction of administrative costs from proceeds of fuel sales taxes & of State Comprehensive Enhanced Transportation System Taxes on motor fuel & diesel fuel deposited in Fuel Tax Collection Trust Fund; provides that 7 percent service charge for cost of general government & additional 0.3 percent service charge shall not be deducted from various trust funds or taxes on motor fuels other than gasoline, etc. Amends FS.
