Teachers; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1032,2418,2496) revises requirements for demonstrating mastery of general knowledge, subject area knowledge, & professional preparation & education competence for purposes of certification; revises requirements for temporary certification; expands program to assist dislocated professionals & other baccalaureate degree holders to become teachers, etc. Amends 1012.56,.58.
