Implementation of Amendment 9; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/S1436,CS/1646) authorizes instructional personnel who receive authorization to extend participation in DROP; provides for dept. to calculate averages based upon student membership surveys; removes requirement that life mgmt. course be offered during 9th & 10th grade years; creates Fla. Business & Education in School Together (Fla. BEST) Program, etc. Amends FS.
