GENERAL BILL by Home Defense, Public Security, and Ports ; Transportation ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard

Secure Airports for Florida Act; creates Secure Airports for Florida's Economy (SAFE) Act; creates SAFE Council; directs council to produce 5-year Master Plan of eligible projects; directs DOT, FDLE, Community Affairs Dept., & Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to serve on council & to evaluate project proposals on specific criteria; authorizes airports to expend certain funds for security purposes through specified date, etc. Creates 332.14; amends 332.007.
