Transportation Disadvantaged; defines & redefines terms; revises membership of Commission for Transportation Disadvantaged; provides for development of innovative approaches for delivery of services to transportation disadvantaged; revises duties of metropolitan planning organizations & planning agencies re services for said disadvantaged; revises information that must be maintained re school buses used in transporting said disadvantaged, etc. Amends Ch. 427.
