GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard

Health Care; provides for Health Dept. rather than CFS Dept. to manage Raymond C. Philips Research & Education Unit; revises standard under which patient's access to his or her own clinical records may be restricted; provides for release of certain nursing home resident records to Health Dept. pursuant to subpoena; provides requirements for persons to become certified geriatric specialists, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $157,017.
