GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino

Behavioral Health; requires Secretary of CFS to appoint assistant secretary for behavioral health services; provides for establishment of Behavioral Health Services Board; requires AHCA to seek federal approval to contract with single entity to provide comprehensive behavioral health care services to Medicaid recipients; requires AHCA to submit plan for full implementation of capitated prepaid behavioral health care in all areas of state, etc.
