Low-income Elderly/RX Expenses; revises pharmaceutical expense assistance program for low-income elderly individuals; adds eligibility groups; provides benefits; requires AHCA, in administering program, to collaborate with both Elderly Affairs Dept. & CFS Dept.; requires federal approval of benefits. Amends 409.9065.
