Military Readiness; provides definition of military installations; provides for consideration of compatibility with military installations in developing future land use element to comprehensive plan; requires certain counties & municipalities to enter into memoranda of agreement with military installations to coordinate future land use changes, local government comprehensive plans, land development regulations, & development orders, etc. Amends Ch. 163.

Effective Date: 07/01/2003 except ss. 4 & 7 shall take effect upon becoming law
