GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Board of Governors/State University; establishes Board of Governors; authorizes nonrefundable admissions deposit; limits annual remuneration of state university president to $225,000 from public funds; provides certain limitations on benefits for state university presidents under FRS; creates Florida Uniform Management of Institutional Funds Act; provides for expenditure of endowment funds by governing board; provides investment authority, etc. Amends FS.
