State Financial Matters Management; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office & Fla. Commission on Tourism to advise & consult with Consensus Estimating Conference principals concerning certain duties; requires that certain legislative officers & Attorney General receive prior notice concerning settlement negotiations & presettlement agreements or orders; revises requirements for long-range program plans developed by state agencies, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
